PHBC COVID POLICY
WE ARE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A CITY-FOCUSED CHURCH.
Our motivation is to love God and love people neither over-reacting in fear or under-reacting in pride, but listening for the leading of the Holy Spirit as we enter into this current “season” of ministry. When culture shifts, we have to adapt and look for new methods to accomplish the mission that Christ has given His Church.
We will strive to be good neighbors, and to support the efforts of our government as they work to establish control over the current COVID-19 pandemic.
We will use this page as a means to cut through the noise and communicate directly to you with updates and announcements about the life and mission of Pleasant Hill Church.
Both Clermont County and the City of Milford have implemented orders requiring the use of masks for indoor public spaces. While the use of masks has been highly politicized, we are striving to “live peaceably with all,” and desire the safest possible environment for our gathering times. Therefore, we are asking that you honor the mask requirement as much as possible that is being imposed by our governing authorities as you attend our Sunday gathering.
Attending A Gathering
We welcome everyone to attend worship with us. We ask that you self monitor prior to your arrival. If you have a temperature of 100° or higher, if you exhibit any other symptoms that are commonly associated with COVID-19, or if you know that you've may have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, we ask that you stay home and worship online with us.
If you are symptom free and wearing a mask, we ask that you use social distancing as much as possible while you are here. Our auditorium is large enough to allow family members to sit together while still keeping distance from others.
We are offering nursery, preschool and children's church for kids birth to 5th grade during our 10:45 service. All staff have been trained to properly care for your children while they are with us. We ask that you follow the health guidelines listed above for your children prior to bringing them to worship.
